St Enodoc, the Gibraltar-based egaming white-label firm, is believed to be pursuing a listing on the London Stock Exchange.
The firm is looking at an initial publice offering (IPO) this autumn, and has retained stockbroker Panmure Gordon to advise on its options.
A spokesman for the firm said an IPO was still only one option under consideration.
But insiders have revealed to eGaming Review a float remains the most likely option.
Operating under the name of St Minver, St Enodoc was established in 2003 after its owners bought the Gala Interactive business from UK bingo operator Gala.
Its chairman is egaming veteran attorney Tony Wollenberg, and the public face of the firm is David Kicks, its business development director.
It addition to its casino and soft gaming products, it operates the Boss poker network and certain mobile gaming services for mgaming operator Probability Games.
Clients include some of the UK’s biggest online names such as Yahoo!, FHM, ivillage and lastminute.
The firm is based in Gibraltar with a sales and marketing office in London, and a development office in India.
It is thought to be majority-owned by three private investors in the UK.
